Cet appel et article à la fois, est rédigé dans les quatre langues : français, tamazight, arabe, anglais.
Ce mouvement vient du peuple et travaille pour le peuple. Le peuple algérien avait souffert l’un des grands martyrs pendant la guerre de libération de 1954 à 1962. Il a sacrifié tout pour chasser le colonialisme français, dont la Kabylie était la pièce maîtresse selon des sources historiques, qu’on le veuille ou pas. Le peuple avait un grand espoir en sa libération. Hélas, Ben-Bella et sa clique, endoctrinés par Nasser, le président mégalomane et schizophrène de l’Égypte, lui ont confisqué sa victoire pour la remplacer par l’idéologie éculée islamo-baasiste, un néo-colonialisme, dont on voit aujourd’hui les résultats chez les trente-deux pays arabo-musulmans qui caracolent dans le bas de l’échelle dans tous les domaines légaux, sans exception, alors que la majorité d’entre eux possèdent de grandes richesses minières.
Malgré une rente pétrolière immense et des richesses minières variées qui devaient faire du pays un Eldorado, il est devenu un enfer que ses enfants fuient dans des embarcations de fortune, certains emportant avec eux leurs bébés, pour des cieux cléments, cet Occident qu’on taxe de mécréant, d’ennemi de la vieille et de toujours. Ces richesses ont fait son malheur. Son économie fonctionne à 95 % avec l’importation financée avec les rentes des hydrocarbures. Un tiers de cette importation alimente le marché noir, la chasse gardée des officiers supérieurs qui ne pouvaient se mettre en poche les puits de pétrole. Ils ont tous assuré leur retraite dans des pays sûrs : ils ont des villas, des comptes bancaires remplis, des commerces, la nationalité du pays d’accueil, le tout assurant une vie aisée à leurs progénitures, cette même progéniture qui étudie en Occident, écume les discothèques, s’adonne aux orgies sexuelles, se permet des caprices pour lesquels leurs parents condamnaient à la prison ferme des Algériens du peuple qui osaient les penser seulement.
Nous avons dans notre groupe des officiers de l’armée qui ont confirmé nos accusations et nous assurent que le gros de l’armée, surtout les bas de l’échelle (officiers subalternes, sous-officiers et soldats), pas les services de sécurité tous acquis aux corrompus, sont contre le régime et ce que vit l’Algérie et ils attendent avec impatience l’occasion qui assurera leur retraite ainsi qu’à leur famille pour rejoindre n’importe quel mouvement décidé à abattre ce régime pour instaurer une Algérie libre, juste, laïque et moderne.
Notre mouvement grandit en maturité, en nombre, en conviction et en projets. Nous avons déjà établi l’ébauche d’une constituante que nous améliorerons selon les besoins du peuple car seul lui décidera de tout. Nous sommes convaincus que le peuple est avec nous, du moins ceux que le régime corrompu n’avait pas réussi à aliéner, à corrompre, à gagner à son Algérie moribonde, une éternelle corrompue jusqu’au jour où elle explosera en mille et une régions, un jour proche pour tout pays qui base son économie sur l’importation qu’il se procure avec des énergies polluantes, coûteuses et non renouvelables, c’est-à-dire qui détruisent l’environnement, coûtent cher et s’épuisent, donc peuvent être invendables si l’on découvre une énergie renouvelable, moins chère et non polluante sur laquelle l’Occident travaille dans ses laboratoires.
L’Algérie est assise sur un volcan qui ne tardera pas à exploser et à l’emporter, si on ne fait rien. La décennie noire avait deux causes principales. La crise pétrolière de 1986 qui a vu le baril du pétrole chuter de trente-six dollars à neuf dollars, ce qui a mis à la porte des centaines de milliers d’employés, affamé le peuple, ébranlé la République. L’islam généralisé à l’école et à la formation professionnelle s’était organisé grâce à Chadli puis s’était érigé en solution à la crise. Comme on criait déjà qu’on pendrait en public les corrompus, donc en premier les généraux, et qu’on appelait le peuple à se préparer à se repentir, les corrompus lui barrèrent le chemin en empruntant des sommes colossales aux club de Paris et celui de Londres, des banques financées par les monarchies du Golfe et l’Arabie Saoudite, avec lesquelles on avait acheté du matériel militaire, renforcé les effectifs, soudoyé une partie de la société et mis le reste dans leurs poches. Alors l’islamisme fut vaincu, mais non sans un prix cher ! Tant mieux. C’était la peste ou le choléra : nous avons choisi celui avec qui nous nous étions habitués. Nous étions alors Cette situation peut se reproduire prochainement et sans qu’elle trouve de solution, car l’Occident aura découvert l’énergie miracle. Hélas, l’Algérie explosera en mille et un morceaux et vivra une guerre civile chronique, dont seule la Kabylie en sortira indemne, car elle commence déjà à s’organiser et s’était opposée à ces criminels depuis 1962.
À cause de tous ces dangers qui menacent l’Algérie, nous appelons les décideurs, corrompus et autres, à passer immédiatement à la transition pour une démocratie où le peuple aura son dernier mot, sans aucun trucage, où le peuple jouira de la liberté d’expression, où la justice sera rendue selon la loi et non par téléphone ou autre moyen détourné. D’ici le 31 décembre, dans l’espoir que notre mouvement s’affirme et soit nombreux, nous rendrons officiel notre mouvement, les Régions fédérales d’Algérie (RFA), et appellerons le peuple à la désobéissance civile et à la prise de pouvoir. Alors, nous n’assurerons aucune justice pour les corrompus. Nous ne pourrons retenir le peuple dans sa « folie » de vouloir faire justice lui-même, comme nous l’avons vu pour Saddam et Kadhafi, ces criminels, et si nous détenons un corrompu et que le peuple exige qu’on le leur livre, nous ne risquerons rien, nous le lui remettrons volontiers. Nous agirons de même envers vos enfants qui ont profité de ces richesses volées. Certes, c’est injuste même pour nous, mais nous ne risquerons pas nos vies ni ne jouerons une once de notre mouvement pour vos avortons qui vous ressemblent en tout. Alors, abandonnez le pouvoir tout de suite, partez ou restez, nous ne vous jugerons pas, à l’exception de ceux qui ont détourné de grosses fortunes qui se chiffrent dès un million de dollars. Si le peuple exige qu’on vous livre, nous refuserons au prix de notre vie. Dans votre intérêt et celui de vos enfants, vos foyers et vos familles, démissionnez de ce régime pourri, ce cancer du peuple algérien. Nous, beaucoup de hauts diplômés, travaillons en Europe dans des postes de salariés et nous sommes heureux, car, le soir, nous dormons comme des bébés, sans avoir sur la conscience le poids d’avoir volé à son peuple fût-ce une pièce de monnaie, sans avoir monté dessus un quelconque citoyen.
Comme tout mouvement moderne, nous avons un projet de société moderne : nous avons ébauché une constituante, que vous pouvez consulter dans la page d’accueil ou dans le menu dans les quatre langues utilisées par les Algériens : tamazight, arabe, français et anglais. À ceux qui nous reprocheront que nous avons rédigé cette constituante dans un pays étranger, peut-être dans un lieu quelconque, nous leur rappelons que l’actuelle constitution algérienne était rédigée à la va-vite dans un cinéma par un groupe qui pissait déjà sur le peuple, parmi eux Boumediene et Ben-Bella, un assassin et un pygmée en politique.

هذه الحركة تأتي من الشعب وتعمل من أجلها. لقد عانى الشعب الجزائري من أحد أعظم الشهداء خلال حرب التحرير من 1954 إلى 1962. ضحى بكل شيء لطرد الاستعمار الفرنسي، الذي كانت قبائل محور الاستعمار حسب المصادر التاريخية، سواء أحببنا ذلك أم لا. كان لدى الناس أمل كبير في إطلاق سراحه. للأسف، مصادرة بن بلا وعصابته، التي غرسها ناصر، رئيس مصر المهووس بالعظمة والفصام، انتصاره واستبدلوه بالأيديولوجية الإسلامية البعثية البالية، وهي استعمار جديد، والتي يمكن رؤية نتائجها اليوم في اثنين وثلاثين دولة عربية مسلمة تتصدر في أسفل السلم في جميع المجالات القانونية دون استثناء، بينما تمتلك الغالبية ثروة معدنية كبيرة.
رغم إيجار النفط الهائل وتنوع الثروات المعدنية التي كان من المفترض أن تجعل البلاد إلدورادو، أصبح جحيما أن أطفاله يهرون في قوارب مؤقتة، بعضهم يأخذ أطفالهم معهم، إلى سماء هادئة، هذا الغرب المتهم بأنه مشاغب، وعدو للقديم وإلى الأبد. هذه الثروات جعلته غير سعيد. يعمل اقتصادها بنسبة 95٪ مع الواردات الممولة من إيجارات الهيدروكربونات. ثلث هذا الاستيراد يغذي السوق السوداء، وهي حكة للضباط الكبار الذين لم يستطيعوا الاستيلاء على آبار النفط. جميعهم ضمنوا تقاعدهم في بلدان آمنة: لديهم فيلات، حسابات بنكية كاملة، محلات، جنسية الدولة المضيفة، جميعهم يضمنون حياة مريحة لأبنائهم، نفس الأبناء الذين يدرسون في الغرب، يفتشون الديسكو، ينغمسون في الحفلات الجنسية، ينغمسون في أهواء يحكم على والديهم بسجن الجزائريين العاديين الذين تجرأوا على التفكير فيهم فقط.
لدينا في مجموعتنا ضباط الجيش أكدوا اتهاماتنا ويؤكدون لنا أن غالبية الجيش، وخاصة المستويات الدنيا (الضباط الصغار، الضباط غير المفوضين والجنود)، وليس أجهزة الأمن التي كلها ملتزمة بالفاسد، ضد النظام وما تمر به الجزائر وينتظرون بفارغ الصبر الفرصة التي تضمن تقاعدهم وعائلاتهم للانضمام إلى أي حركة مصممة على إسقاط هذا النظام لإقامة الجزائر الحرة والعادلة والعلمانية والحديثة.
حركتنا تنمو في النضج، والعدد، والقناعة، وفي المشاريع. لقد وضعنا بالفعل مخطط الجمعية التأسيسية التي سنحسنها وفقا لاحتياجات الشعب، فهم وحدهم من يقررون كل شيء. نحن مقتنعون بأن الشعب معنا، على الأقل أولئك الذين لم يتمكن النظام الفاسد من إبعادهم، أو إفسادهم، أو كسب ضعفهم إلى الجزائر المحتضرة، الجزائر الفاسدة إلى الأبد حتى اليوم الذي تنفجر فيه في ألف وواحد منطقة، وهو يوم قريب من أي دولة تعتمد اقتصادها على الواردات التي تحصل عليها بطاقات ملوثة. المصادر المكلفة وغير المتجددة، أي التي تدمر البيئة، مكلفة وتنتهي، لذا قد يصبحان غير قابلين للبيع إذا اكتشفنا طاقة متجددة، أرخص وغير ملوثة يعمل عليها الغرب في مختبراته.
الجزائر جالسة على بركان سينفجر قريبا ويأخذه بعيدا، إذا لم يتم اتخاذ أي إجراء. كان للعقد الأسود سببان رئيسيان. أزمة النفط عام 1986، التي شهدت انخفاض سعر النفط من ستة وثلاثين دولارا إلى تسعة دولارات، مما أدى إلى تسريح مئات الآلاف من الموظفين، وجوع الشعب، وهز الجمهورية. الإسلام، الذي تم تعميمه في المدارس والتدريب المهني، تم تنظيمه بفضل تشادلي ثم أعد نفسه كحل للأزمة. وبما أنهم كانوا يصرخون بأن الفاسدين، وقبل كل شيء الجنرالات، سيشنقون علنا، وأن الناس مطالبون بالاستعداد للتوبة، أوقف الفاسدون طريقهم باقتراض مبالغ ضخمة من نادي باريس ولندن، البنوك الممولة من ملكيات الخليج والسعودية. الذين تم شراء المعدات العسكرية معهم، تم تعزيز الموظفين، ورشوة جزء من المجتمع ووضع الباقي في جيوبهم. ثم هزم الإسلاموية، لكن ليس بدون ثمن باهظ! وهذا أفضل. كان الطاعون أو الكوليرا: اخترنا الشيء الذي اعتدنا عليه. قد يتكرر هذا الوضع قريبا ودون إيجاد حل، لأن الغرب سيكتشف طاقة معجزة. للأسف، انفجرت الجزائر إلى ألف قطعة وواحدة وشهدت حربا أهلية مزمنة، لم تخرج منها سوى القبائل دون أذى، لأنها بدأت بالفعل في تنظيم نفسها وكانت تعارض هؤلاء المجرمين منذ عام 1962.
بسبب كل هذه المخاطر التي تهدد الجزائر، ندعو صناع القرار، الفاسدين وغيرهم، للانتقال فورا إلى ديمقراطية يكون للشعب كلمته الأخيرة، دون أي تزوير، حيث يتمتع الشعب بحرية التعبير، وحيث تتم العدالة وفقا للقانون وليس عبر الهاتف أو وسائل التواريخ الأخرى. بحلول 31 ديسمبر، على أمل أن تثبت حركتنا نفسها وتصبح كثيرة، سنعلن حركتنا، مناطق الجزائر الاتحادية (FRG)، رسميا، وندعو الشعب إلى العصيان المدني والاستيلاء على السلطة. لذا، لن نضمن أي عدالة للفاسدين. لن نتمكن من كبح الناس في « جنونهم » في رغبتهم في أخذ العدالة بأيديهم، كما رأينا مع صدام والقذافي، هؤلاء المجرمين، وإذا اعتقلنا شخصا فاسدا وطالب الناس بتسليمه لهم، فلن نخاطر بشيء، سنسلم لهم بكل سرور. سنفعل الشيء نفسه لأطفالكم الذين استفادوا من هذه الثروات المسروقة. بالطبع، هذا غير عادل حتى لنا، لكننا لن نخاطر بحياتنا أو نغامر بأي جزء من حركتنا من أجل عمليات الإجهاض التي تشبهك في كل شيء. لذا، تخلى عن السلطة فورا، ارحل أو بق، لن نحكم عليك، إلا على من اختلس ثروات ضخمة تبلغ قيمتها مليون دولار. إذا طالب الناس بتسليمك، سنرفض على حساب حياتنا. لمصلحتكم ولمصلحتكم ولأطفالكم ومنازلكم وعائلاتكم، استقلوا من هذا النظام الفاسد، هذا السرطان الذي يعاني منه الشعب الجزائري. نحن، كثير من الأشخاص المتعلمين تعليما عاليا، نعمل في أوروبا في مناصب براتب ونحن سعداء، لأننا في الليل ننام كالأطفال الرضع، دون أن نحمل عبئا على ضميرنا بأننا سرقنا حتى عملة من شعبنا، دون أن ندوس عليها من أي مواطن.
مثل أي حركة حديثة، لدينا مشروع لمجتمع حديث: لقد صيغنا جمعية تأسيسية، يمكنك الاطلاع عليها على الصفحة الرئيسية أو في القائمة باللغات الأربع التي يستخدمها الجزائريون: التمازيغية، العربية، الفرنسية والإنجليزية. لمن سيلومنا على صياغة هذه الجمعية التأسيسية في بلد أجنبي، ربما في مكان ما، نذكرهم أن الدستور الجزائري الحالي صيغ على عجل في السينما من قبل مجموعة كانت بالفعل تبول على الناس، من بينهم بومدين وبن بلا، القاتل والقزم في السياسة.

This movement comes from the people and works for the people. The Algerian people had suffered one of the great martyrs during the war of liberation from 1954 to 1962. He sacrificed everything to drive out French colonialism, of which Kabylia was the centerpiece according to historical sources, whether we like it or not. The people had great hope in his release. Alas, Ben-Bella and his clique, indoctrinated by Nasser, the megalomaniac and schizophrenic president of Egypt, confiscated his victory and replaced it with the worn-out Islamo-Baathist ideology, a neo-colonialism, the results of which can be seen today in the thirty-two Arab-Muslim countries that are at the bottom of the ladder in all legal fields, without exception, while the majority of them possess great mineral wealth.
Despite an immense oil rent and varied mineral wealth that was supposed to make the country an Eldorado, it has become a hell that its children flee in makeshift boats, some taking their babies with them, for clement skies, this West that is accused of being a miscreant, an enemy of the old and forever. These riches have made him unhappy. Its economy operates at 95% with imports financed by hydrocarbon rents. A third of this import feeds the black market, the preserve of senior officers who could not pocket the oil wells. They have all ensured their retirement in safe countries: they have villas, full bank accounts, shops, the nationality of the host country, all ensuring a comfortable life for their offspring, the same offspring who study in the West, scour the discotheques, indulge in sexual orgies, indulge in whims for which their parents condemned to prison ordinary Algerians who dared to think of them only.
We have in our group army officers who have confirmed our accusations and assure us that the bulk of the army, especially the lower echelons (junior officers, non-commissioned officers and soldiers), not the security services who are all committed to the corrupt, are against the regime and what Algeria is going through and they are impatiently waiting for the opportunity that will ensure their retirement and their families to join any movement determined to bring down this regime to to establish a free, just, secular and modern Algeria.
Our movement is growing in maturity, in numbers, in conviction and in projects. We have already drawn up the outline of a constituent assembly which we will improve according to the needs of the people, for they alone will decide everything. We are convinced that the people are with us, at least those whom the corrupt regime had not managed to alienate, to corrupt, to win over to its moribund Algeria, an eternally corrupt Algeria until the day when it explodes in a thousand and one regions, a day near for any country that bases its economy on the imports it obtains with polluting energies. Expensive and non-renewable, i.e. which destroy the environment, are expensive and run out, so they can be unsellable if we discover a renewable, cheaper and non-polluting energy on which the West is working in its laboratories.
Algeria is sitting on a volcano that will soon explode and take it away, if nothing is done. The black decade had two main causes. The oil crisis of 1986, which saw the price of oil fall from thirty-six dollars to nine dollars, which laid off hundreds of thousands of employees, starved the people, and shook the Republic. Islam, generalized in schools and vocational training, had been organized thanks to Chadli and then set itself up as a solution to the crisis. As they were already shouting that the corrupt, first and foremost the generals, would be hanged in public, and that the people were called upon to prepare to repent, the corrupt blocked their way by borrowing colossal sums from the Paris and London clubs, banks financed by the Gulf monarchies and Saudi Arabia. with whom military equipment had been bought, the staff had been reinforced, part of society bribed and put the rest in their pockets. Then Islamism was defeated, but not without a high price! So much the better. It was the plague or cholera: we chose the one we had become accustomed to. This situation may recur soon and without finding a solution, because the West will have discovered miracle energy. Alas, Algeria exploded into a thousand and one pieces and experienced a chronic civil war, from which only Kabylia emerged unscathed, because it was already beginning to organize itself and had opposed these criminals since 1962.
Because of all these dangers that threaten Algeria, we call on the decision-makers, corrupt and otherwise, to immediately transition to a democracy where the people will have their last word, without any rigging, where the people will enjoy freedom of expression, where justice will be done according to the law and not by telephone or other roundabout means. By December 31, in the hope that our movement will assert itself and be numerous, we will make official our movement, the Federal Regions of Algeria (FRG), and call on the people to civil disobedience and take power. So, we will not ensure any justice for the corrupt. We will not be able to restrain the people in their « madness » of wanting to take justice into their own hands, as we have seen with Saddam and Gaddafi, these criminals, and if we detain a corrupt person and the people demand that he be handed over to them, we will risk nothing, we will gladly hand him over to them. We will do the same for your children who have profited from these stolen riches. Of course, it is unfair even to us, but we will not risk our lives or gamble an ounce of our movement for your abortions that are like you in everything. So, give up power right away, leave or stay, we will not judge you, except for those who have embezzled large fortunes that amount to a million dollars. If the people demand that you be handed over, we will refuse at the cost of our lives. In your interest and that of your children, your homes and your families, resign from this rotten regime, this cancer of the Algerian people. We, many highly educated people, work in Europe in salaried positions and we are happy, because at night we sleep like babies, without having the weight on our conscience of having stolen even a coin from our people, without having stepped on it from any citizen.
Like any modern movement, we have a project for a modern society : we have drafted a constituent assembly, which you can consult on the home page or in the menu in the four languages used by Algerians: Tamazight, Arabic, French and English. To those who will reproach us for having drafted this constituent assembly in a foreign country, perhaps in some place, we remind them that the current Algerian constitution was hastily drafted in a cinema by a group that was already pissing on the people, among them Boumediene and Ben-Bella, a murderer and a pygmy in politics.
